Why Changing Seasons?
Anne has practiced in the counselling field for 25+ years and brings a wealth of professional and personal experience to her clients. Her approach ensures the client feels supported, emotionally safe and ultimately in charge of their own change process. Anne's approach is eclectic with grounding in Adlerian psychology, and many years experience practicing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EMDR, EFT, Brief Solution-focused therapy, Family Systems, Mind-Body approaches and Use of Self. Anne is a Registered Clinical Counsellor in good standing with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors, and strictly adheres to their code of ethics.

Fees
Fees for Counselling are as follows:
80 minute session - $175.00 (includes gst)
50 minute session (in person) - $125.00 (includes gst)
50 minute video/telephone counselling - $125.00 (includes gst)
Therapeutic Needle-felting group - $55.00 (includes gst) for a 2 1/2 hour session
