Anne has practiced in the counselling field for 30+ years and brings a wealth of professional and personal experience to her clients. Her approach ensures the client feels supported, emotionally safe and ultimately in charge of their own change process. Anne's approach is eclectic with grounding in Adlerian psychology and many years experience practicing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, Systems Approaches and Use of Self. Anne is a Registered Clinical Counsellor in good standing with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors, and strictly adheres to their code of ethics.

Many employee benefits cover the cost of services by a Registered Clinical Counsellor. Anne is also a provider for several Employee Assistance Programs, ICBC, First Nations Health Authority, WorkSafeBC Critical Incident program & CVAP (Crime Victims Assistance Program.
